The police had no alternative but to cope with all the revolutionary singing that followed. Some of the police officers looked considerably embarrassed.

The Police on Friday arraigned two students, Oluwaseun Olumeko, 20 and Logo Ayokunle, 21, in an Okitipupa Magistrates’ Court in Ondo State, over alleged stealing and rape of one Taiwo Meduoye.
The accused of no fixed addresses were standing trial on a four-count charge of felony, burglary, stealing and rape.

Two suicide bombers were killed on Thursday by the Nigerian Army as they tried to sneak into Maiduguri, the Borno‎ State capital.
The army killed the dreaded members of the Boko Haram terrorist sect at the Mafa military checkpoint, about nine kilometres from the state capital as they tried to storm into town.
